Membership Subscription

The Students Representative Council (SRC) is the representative body for all students at Hild Bede, and is led by a sabbatical SRC President, supported by an Executive Committee of 13 elected student officers. The SRC is responsible for all the student-run activity at the College, which is why we thinking becoming a member is very important.

Your SRC membership gets you the following:

• Discounts for events such as Balls, formals, College Day, and more!
• Access to Freshers’ Week events – you won’t be able to buy the Freshers’ wristband if you’re not an SRC member
• A sabbatical SRC President, elected to work full-time representing you at College and University level
• The opportunity to join Hild Bede’s sports clubs and societies, whose activities are often subsidised by the SRC
• Grants, from the individual participation grant to funding for clubs and societies (upon application)
• The right to vote in SRC elections and referenda, attend and speak in SRC meetings, and stand for election yourself!
