This PDF document can only be sent by email.    Please use your Durham email account if possible, if the document is sent to a non-Durham email address, the document will be password protected.    This transcript is ONLY for current students who have not graduated.  All current modules will be shown as "in progress".    If you are due to graduate, this document will not contain your date of award.

If this is to be sent to a third party, include their email address in the delivery or Additional Information section.

Taught Programmes

It lists the titles and marks of the modules you studied in each academic year. It gives your period of registration as a student, if appropriate your classification (at successful completion BUT before graduation). You may need your transcript for employment, further education or migration purposes.  Transcripts only contain confirmed marks at module level.

Research Programmes

It gives your period of registration as a student, your qualification. On successful completion, it will include your Thesis Title and your Field of Study but not your Date of Award. You may need your transcript for employment, further education or migration purposes.

Do not order a transcript if you are a current student applying for postgraduate study at Durham.   Please use your Statement of Marks.

Foundation marks are not included on transcripts where students have progressed to a higher qualification. In this case, you would need to request this to be included using the Additional Information Box. This is a manual process and will take up to 10 working days to despatch.

We can provide a pdf transcript which is an official copy of your academic record. Although we always endeavour to locate all information required for a transcript, it is not always possible. Student Registry will contact you in this instance. This can be sent to you or directly to another Institution.
