General booking for this formal opens on the 18th of January at 10am. Do not book before this time, or your ticket will be cancelled, and refunds are not possible.

Do not book the Executive Committee package, or your ticket will be cancelled and you will be denied entry to the event.

We are delighted to invite you to the formal on the 22nd of January.

The tickets for this formal also include admission to the annual JCR Christmas Hound, held in the Undercroft Bar after the formal!

The Dress Code for the evening is smart attire and gowns. Drinks will be available to purchase from the Undercroft Bar from 18:15 before dinner starts in the Great Hall at 19:00. Please line up from 18:45, as doors promptly close at 19:00 and late arrivals will be denied entry. If you book a JCR Member package and do not show up to the dinner, you will be charged the full unsubsidised price.

Tickets will be emailed to you after the event booking has ended.
