Castle is one of the gowned colleges which means we wear traditional academic gowns for occasions like matriculation, formals, and the odd other event.

Below is the link to purchase a new gown at £50.

A limited number of second-hand gowns are available to purchase at £25. These must be applied for through a form on the JCR website:Second-Hand Gown Request 2026/7and can only be confirmed w/c 21st September.
