Enjoy a big welcome to St Aidan's College with our Welcome Formal Dinner! There will be a three course meal, and plenty of celebration throughout the night!

This formal dinner is only for new Undergraduate and Postgraduate students, who's studies have commenced in the 2026/27 academic year.

Starter

Parmesan and pea arancini with herb-marinated artichoke and romesco sauce (v)

Main Course

Seared corn-fed chicken with truffled greens, potato terrine, carrot and anise purée, and mushroom and tarragon sauce

OR

Salt-baked celeriac with truffled greens, potato terrine, carrot and anise purée, and mushroom and tarragon sauce (v)

Dessert

Cookies and cream cheesecake with raspberry sorbet (v)

Time and Place

St Aidan's College Dining Hall. Attendees should be seated for 6:45PM promptly. Any attendees arriving after 6:45PM will not be granted entry to the formal.

Price

Our Fresher's Formal is FREE for all Undergraduate & Postgraduate students who have commenced their studies in the 2026/27 academic year, as well as our FREPs.
