Come with us for a visit to Tynemouth Beach. The medieval Tynemouth Priory and Castle stand on a headland overlooking both the mouth of the river and the North Sea. We are taking you for an afternoon of fun which will include, a collaboration with our Environmental Society to do a beach litter pick then the day is yours to sample The local "fish & Chips", quirky shops and coffee bars whilst taking in the wonderful coastal scenery.

Tickets are £5 per student which includes the coach pick up and drop off.

Meet us in the Igloo at 9.30am to jump on the coach from college. The collection from Tynemouth will be 14.45pm.

*Please note if you are not at the collection point for this specifed time you will have to make your own travel arrangements back to Durham.
