Hatfield graduands are warmly invited to book a graduation dinner in College with accompanying family and friends.

GRADUATION DINNER
Every Hatfield Graduand is invited to one dinner with reception drink as a guest of College at no cost.
The cost to book an additional dinner or to book guests will be £29.26 per person, including a reception drink with the three-course meal. The dress code is smart casual.
Reception drinks will be served from 6.00pm in the College Dining Room, followed by dinner at 7.00pm. Wine will be available to purchase from the catering team during the drinks reception or dinner. The Burt Room will also be open for drinks after dinner until 11.00pm, and all graduands and their guests are welcome to use the Burt Room on all nights when it is open (from 7.00 - 11.00pm).

If you have any dietary or other special requirements (such as blue badge parking) please do make a note on the booking form.

The deadline for booking is 10.00am on Monday 22 June 2026. It will not be possible to book beyond this date.
REFUND POLICY: Please note that cancellations made after the booking deadline will be non-refundable.
