Colleges and Common Rooms

This event has been setup so that you can check if your JCR membership is correctly linked to your account. This will not cost anything to 'book'. On the packages menu, there are two options:

• Non-JCR Package: should be visible regardless of membership status.
• JCR Package: should be visible if your membership is correctly linked.

If you cannot see the JCR Package, finish your booking with the non-JCR package and then follow the following steps.

1. Click your name in the top right corner. Click 'booking history', click 'membership subscription', confirm you have a JCR membership that is in date with booking status 'confirmed' and payment status 'paid'. If you do not see this, please email castle.servicesmanager@durham.ac.uk. If you need to purchase a membership, it can be purchased here.
2. If your membership is correctly registered, click your name in the top right corner. Click 'update profile', confirm your email is set to your durham email (full name version). If it isn't, it will allow you to update your email to your durham email. It won't let you change the email if it is already a durham email.
3. Try booking this event again and if the above steps are confirmed then you should be able to see the JCR Package. If at this point you do not see the package, please email castle.servicesmanager@durham.ac.uk.
