Walker & Howlands Gym JCR members
0Here you can purchase a gym membership for either our Walker Gym, our Howlands Gym, or both (for a reduced price).
The Howlands Gym is a shared facility with Josephine Butler College, located next to the Mound. It has a range of cardio and weights equipment, and is open from 06:00- 23:00 every day.
The Walker Gym is a brand new, Stephenson-only facility, located on the ground floor of Walker A. It has a range of cardio equipment, and a matted area with free weights. The Walker Gym is open 08:00- 22:00 everyday, with women's only hours being 17:00-19:00 (Tuesday/ Thursday/ Sunday), and 08:00- 12:00 (Saturday).
Once you have purchased your chosen membership, you MUST complete the gym induction form, and watch the gym induction video. These can be found via the following link: https://forms.office.com/e/yuCFK1TYnJ . You WILL NOT gain access to the gym until we have confirmation that you have completed the induction.
This Gym membership is valid for one academic year, until 30th August 2024.
