World AIDS Day with Rupert Whitaker OBE

Rupert Whitaker OBE, a founder and patron of the Terence Higgins Trust, named after his partner Terry who died of AIDS in 1982. Rupert will share insights into the shifting experiences of HIV over the last 40 years. Rupert will be in conversation with colleagues from The Story (County Durham Archives), Public Health County Durham and Durham University. 1 December 2025, 6-7.30pm, Waterside Lecture Theatre, Durham University.
