Event Durham

Developing participants' capacity for strategic thinking and decision-making. This short course explores strategic analysis, competitive dynamics, organisational strategy formulation and implementation, and how to navigate uncertainty in complex environments. Participants will apply strategic frameworks to real challenges from their own organisations. The programme will be held at Durham University Business School’s state-of-the-art Waterside Building, offering modern teaching spaces and an inspiring learning environment. Lunch will be included across all days, allowing participants to focus fully on learning and networking.
