Event Durham

This module explores the theories and practice of leading and managing people in organisations today. Topics include leadership styles and preferences, motivating and developing teams, managing performance, and leading change effectively. This intensive course critically evaluates leadership and management theories and how they apply in practice. Participants will reflect on their own leadership approach and develop practical strategies for leading their teams. The programme will be held at Durham University Business School’s state-of-the-art Waterside Building, offering modern teaching spaces and an inspiring learning environment. Lunch will be included across all days, allowing participants to focus fully on learning and networking.
