Junior Performance Camp (week 2)
Ages 14-17
August 3rd (pm) - 8th (Sunday to Friday)
The Junior Performance Camp focuses on technical skill development sessions in singles including video analysis and feedback from our world-class coaches. In addition, several sessions during the week will be devoted to land training, including ergo technique, strength and conditioning, core strength and flexibility.
Based at Maiden Castle (Sport & Wellbeing Park), participants will have access to our state of the art indoor rowing tank and ergo gallery. In addition to this, participants will complete water sessions on the River Wear boating from DUBC’s boathouse on the Maiden Castle site.
If athletes have their own boat/blades or, can bring equipment from their home clubs it is advised as DUBC does not have enough equipment to cater for all camp members. If you don’t have access to any equipment from your home club please email Holly Young (email below).
