Membership Subscription

By joining the JCR, you will become a member of a community of over 1,100 students. We offer the JCR Membership Fee to you, encompassing your full time here at Durham, at a cost of £195 for students starting a 3-year course (BSc/BA/LLB) and £235 for a 4-year course (MEng, MPhys, MSci etc.), students who are on a BA/BSc degree which includes a year abroad should only pay for three year membership. Please contact grey.president@durham.ac.uk for more information, or treasurer@greyjcr.co.uk if you would like to apply for support with paying for the Membership Fee.

The JCR is run by students for students, and whilst JCR membership is optional, we strongly encourage all students to join to make the most of their time at Durham. The membership goes towards subsidising the running of the JCR and its activities.
