Dinner to celebrate our Van Mildert Graduands this year and all your achievements!

This dinner is free for all of this academic year's Van Mildert Graduands. Guests of the graduating students can book on for £29.00. Additional wine can be purchased on this booking site. Please note tables are a maximum of 8 people.

Starters:

Cured salmon with Jersey Royal potato salad, compressed cucumber and lemon crème fraiche

OR

Herb-crusted goat’s cheese with Jersey Royal potato salad, confit tomato and a lemon and dill dressing (v)

Mains:

Roast sirloin of West Rackwood Farm beef with potato press, braised Roscoff onion, cavolo nero cabbage and carrot crisps

OR

Roast squash and leek pithivier with charred vegetables, potato press and tomato truffle sauce (v)

Dessert:

Torched crème brûlée tart with poached strawberries and basil sponge (v)
