Congratulations to all our Van Mildert students congregating at the summer ceremonies. We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you.

You are invited to book onto one of three dinners at Van Mildert College, on either Wednesday 26th June, Thursday 27th June or Tuesday 2nd July. All of the dinners will start at 6:30pm with a drinks reception before moving into the Ann Dobson Hall for a celebratory Graduation Dinner.

All graduands are invited to attend a Graduation Dinner free of charge and are invited to bring family and other guests which is charged, you may also book wine to enjoy with your meal.

The menu is as follows:

Starter

Courgette and sun touched tomato arancini with romesco sauce, rocket and parmesan (v)

Main

Rump steak with Hasselback potato, slow cooked vine tomato, rocket and parmesan salad and a chimichurri dressing

Portobello mushroom steak, truffle mash, pea and mint purée, tender stem broccoli and a cep and red wine reduction(v)

Dessert

Tarte au citron with torched meringue and raspberry crumble

Please do not book onto this dinner if you are not a graduand or a guest of a graduand of Van Mildert College.

Seating is limited to 8 per table, you will be seated with who you have booked with. If you would like to be seated with friends, please let us know by completing the drop-down box, we will do our best to accommodate the request.
