Van Mildert Summer Congregation Dinners 2025
Congratulations to all our Van Mildert students congregating at the summer ceremonies. We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you.
You are invited to book onto one of two dinners at Van Mildert College, on either 3rd or 8th of July . All of the dinners will start at 6:30pm with a drinks reception before moving into the Ann Dobson Hall for a celebratory Graduation Dinner.
All graduands are invited to attend a Graduation Dinner free of charge and are invited to bring family and other guests which is charged, you may also book wine to enjoy with your meal.
The menu is as follows:
Starter
Salad of heritage tomatoes with red pepper mousse, basil whipped feta, toasted sourdough and St Cuthbert’s Garden wild garlic oil (v)
Main
Roast rump of English lamb with potato and onion terrine, braised lamb bon bon, summer greens and red wine sauce
Aubergine caviar and ratatouille tart with potato and onion terrine, Roscoff onion, summer greens and red wine sauce (v)
Dessert
Strawberry cheesecake with poached strawberries and champagne sorbet (v)
Guests can be added to your booking under the review tab.
Please do not book onto this dinner if you are not a graduand or a guest of a graduand of Van Mildert College.
Seating is limited to 8 per table, you will be seated with who you have booked with. If you would like to be seated with friends, please let us know by completing the drop-down box, we will do our best to accommodate the request.
