General booking for this formal opens on Sunday, 27th April at 10am. Do not book before this time or your ticket will be cancelled and refunds are not possible.

We are delighted to invite you to formal on Thursday, 1st May. Do not book the executive committee package, or you will be denied entry to the event. The Dress Code for the evening is smart attire and gowns. Drinks will be available to purchase from the Undercroft Bar from 18:15 before dinner starts in the Great Hall at 19:00.If you book a JCR Member package and do not show up to the dinner, you will be charged the full unsubsidised price.

Tickets will be emailed to you after the event booking has ended.
