Do not book this event unless you have received an invitation; your ticket will be cancelled, and refunds will not be issued. Do not book the Executive Committee packages unless applicable, as your ticket will be cancelled and you will be denied entry to the event. Refunds will not be issued.

We are delighted to invite you to the formal on the 2nd of May.

To culminate Castle x Hatfield Day, both colleges will attend a formal dinner on Saturday, the 2nd of May, which will be held in the Great Hall at Castle. The sports and societies participating in the event have been allocated tickets. Please contact your President if you are unsure whether you have been invited.

The Dress Code for the evening is smart attire and gowns. Drinks will be available to purchase from the Undercroft Bar from 18:15 before dinner starts in the Great Hall at 19:00. Please line up from 18:45, as doors promptly close at 19:00 and late arrivals will be denied entry. If you have an allocated ticket and do not show up to the dinner, you will be charged the full unsubsidised price.

Any breach of formal rules, including, but not limited to, inappropriate dress or mobile phone use during the formal, will result in you being charged the full unsubsidised price of your ticket.
