We are pleased to invite you to a series of special events to mark your Graduation and celebrate your successes during your time with us at University College.

Graduation Formal - 2 July 2025

A three course formal dinner served in the beautiful Great Hall.

The evening will start from 6.30pm with a drinks reception in the Courtyard. Dinner will begin promptly at 7pm. The dress code is smart, and you are welcome to wear your gown if you wish.

Starter

Ham hock and garden pea terrine with crispy quail egg, celeriac remoulade and toasted brioche

or

Goats’ cheese and confit potato terrine with crispy quail egg, celeriac remoulade and red onion marmalade (v)

Main

Seared breast of chicken with wild mushroom and truffle ravioli, English asparagus, garden peas, charred shallot and a tarragon jus

or

Wild mushroom and truffle ravioli, English asparagus and garden peas, charred shallots and herb butter sauce (v)

Dessert

Rich dark chocolate tart, white chocolate ice cream (v)
