Trevelyan College Spring Formal 12 March 2024

We are delighted to invite Trevelyan College students to book their places for the Spring Formal on Tuesday 12 March 2024.

The College Bar will open between 18.00-18.45, with the meal beginning at 19.00 in the Dining Hall.

The menu for the Spring Formal is:

Starter

Roasted tomato and red pepper soup with focaccia croutons and crumbled feta (v)

Non-Vegetarian Main

Herb crusted breast of chicken with spring onion croquet, pea purée, tender stem broccoli and tarragon jus

Vegetarian Main

Roast butternut squash and sage risotto, broad beans, charred spring onions and chive oil

Dessert

Chocolate and miso caramel tart with vanilla cream

If you have specific dietary requirements, please ensure that these are included on the booking form.

The dress code is black tie with no gowns.

Please note that if you are signing up as part of a group, you should include the group name on the booking form for table planning.

Places can be cancelled until bookings close atfter this time, no cancellation or refund will be possible. To cancel a place before this time, please log-in to your Ecommerce account and cancel it, and then please email trevelyan.collsec@durham.ac.uk so the payment can be refunded.
