Trevelyan College Societies Formal Dinner 8 May 2025 High Table Only

We are delighted to invite SCR members and their guests to book their places for the Societies Formal Dinner on Thursday 8 May 2025.

The College Bar will open between 18.00-18.45, with the meal beginning at 19.00 in the Dining Hall. The dress code is black tie no gowns.

The menu for the Societies Formal is:

Starter

Courgette and sun touched tomato arancini with romesco sauce, rocket and parmesan (v)

Or

Ham hock, pickled carrot and mustard terrine, carrot remoulade,sauce gribiche and toasted sourdough

Main

Slow cooked pulled lamb shoulder, Moroccan spices, lemon coriander cous cous, crispy shallots and pomegranate

Or

Harissa aubergine steak, Moroccan spices, lemon coriander cous cous, crispy shallots and pomegranate (v)

Dessert

Tarte au citron with vanilla cream and raspberry crumble

If you have specific dietary requirements, please ensure that these are included on the booking form.

Bookings and Cancellations

Places can be cancelled until bookings close atfter this time, no cancellation or refund will be possible. To cancel a place before this time, please log-in to your Ecommerce account and cancel it, and then please email trevelyan.collsec@durham.ac.uk so the payment can be refunded.
