Trevelyan College Inter MCR Formal 2026
Trevelyan College MCR would like to invite you to our Inter-MCR Formal Dinner on Thursday 5th November.
We look forward to welcoming postgraduates from all colleges to join us for the evening. The dress code is smart attire, with your gown if your college has them.
The college bar will be open from 6 – 6.45 pm prior to the meal for purchase of drinks.
Please arrive at Trevelyan College by 6.30 pm at the latest. The dining hall doors will be closed promptly at 7pm.
The menu for the Inter MCR Formal is:
Starter
Roast carrot hummus with torched vegan feta, pickled red onions, flatbread croutons, carrot crisps and curry oil (vegan)
Main
Oven-roasted sea bass with spinach and ricotta tortellini, carrot purée, tenderstem broccoli and caper and herb butter sauce
Or
Spinach and ricotta tortellini with carrot purée, tenderstem broccoli, torched goat’s cheese and tomato and lemon butter sauce (v)
Dessert
Sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce and vanilla cream (v)
f you have specific dietary requirements, please ensure that these are included on the booking form.
If there is a group you would like to sit with, please include a group name on the form when you sign up. Otherwise if you would like to make the most of the opportunity to meet new people from other colleges you can leave this blank and we will take care of the rest!

Bookings and Cancellations
Places can be cancelled until bookings close after this time, no cancellation or refund will be possible. To cancel a place before this time, please log-in to your Ecommerce account and cancel it, and then please email trevelyan.collsec@durham.ac.uk so the payment can be refunded.
