The Principal and College Officers are delighted to invite you and your guests to a Graduation Dinner and Drinks Reception at Trevelyan College.
Congregation Dinners include a drinks reception and three course meal. Graduands are invited to attend one congregation dinner free of charge, with a charge for guests (maximum four per graduand).
The menu for the Graduation Dinner:
Meat Starter
Cured salmon with Jersey Royal potato salad, compressed cucumber, and lemon crème fraiche
Meat Main
Roast sirloin of West Rackwood Farm beef with potato press, braised Roscoff onion, cavolo nero cabbage and carrot crisps
OR
Vegetarian Starter
Herb-crusted goat’s cheese with Jersey Royal potato salad, confit tomato and a lemon and dill dressing (v)
Vegetarian Main
Roast squash and leek pithivier with charred vegetables, potato press and tomato truffle sauce (v)
Dessert
Torched crème brûlée tart with poached strawberries and basil sponge (v)
The dress code is smart attire or equivalent.
