We are delighetd to invite SCR members and students to book their place for the Global Dynamics Dinner on Tuesday 6 May 2025.

The dress code is smart attire and no gown.

The menu for the Global Dynamics Dinner is:

Starter

Torched feta with sesame crumb, Asian slaw, toasted flat breadand Korean sweet chilli sauce

Main Course

Slow cooked pulled lamb shoulder, Moroccan spices, lemon coriander cous cous, crispy shallots and pomegranate

Vegetarian

Harissa aubergine steak, Moroccan spices, lemon coriander, cous cous,crispy shallots and pomegranate (v)

Dessert

Tarte au citron with vanilla cream and raspberry crumble
