We are delighted to invite freps and ambassadors to join us for a thank you dinner on Thursday 16 January 2025, in recognition of all your hard work during Welcome and Orientation Week 2024.

The College Bar will open 30 minutes before the event and the dress code is smart casual.

The menu for the dinner is:

Starter

Roast carrot hummus with torched vegan feta, pickled red onions, flatbread croutons, carrot crisps and curry oil

Oven-roasted sea bass with spinach and ricotta tortellini, carrot purée, tenderstem broccoli and caper and herb butter sauce

OR

Spinach and ricotta tortellini with carrot purée, tenderstem broccoli, torched goats’ cheese and tomato and lemon butter sauce

Lemon and elderflower cheesecake
