We are delighted to invite freps and ambassadors to join us for a thank you dinner on Thursday 11 January 2024, in recognition of all your hard work during Welcome and Orientation Week 2023.

The College Bar will open 30 minutes before the event and the dress code is smart casual.

The menu for the dinner is:

Non-Vegetarian

Crispy ham hock and garden pea terrine, celeriac remoulade, truffle aioli and leaf salad

Braised beef, beef shin bon-bon, cheddar and spring onion mash, roasted roots, crispy onions and bourbon sauce

Vegetarian

Roast carrot hummus with torched vegan feta, pickled red onions, flat bread croutons, carrot crisps and curry oil (vegan)

Pumpkin ravioli, torched feta, tender stem broccoli and buttered spinach and a tomato butter sauce (vegetarian)

Dessert

Sticky toffee pudding, salt caramel sauce and vanilla cream

Please note there will be no seating plan in place.
