Piri piri winter squash and coconut soup with coriander crème fraiche and roasted chickpeas (v)

Main

Roast pork mini joint with grain mustard mash, roasted carrot, carrot and anise puree, caramelised apple and black pudding

Truffle salt-baked celeriac with grain mustard mash, roasted carrot, carrot and anise puree, caramelised apple, and kale crisps (v)

Dessert

Sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce and vanilla cream (v)

The dress code is smart attire without gowns.
