The menu for the Executives Dinner is:

Starter

Baked goats’ cheese en croûte with pickled beets and apple salad

Main

Rump steak with Hasselback potato, slow cooked vine tomato, rocket and parmesan salad and chimichurri dressing

Cauliflower and sun touched tomato beignet, cous-cous tabbouleh, tender stem broccoli and a lemon and caper dressing

Dessert

Chocolate and miso caramel tart with vanilla cream

The dress code is smart attire without gowns.
