We are delighted to invite Trevelyan College students to book their places for the Academic Formal Dinner on Tuesday 3 October 2023.

The College Bar will open between 18.00-18.45, with the meal beginning at 19.00 in the Dining Hall. The dress code is smart attire with gowns.

The menu for the Academic Formal is:

Starter

Courgette and sun touched tomato arancini with romesco sauce, rocket and parmesan (v)

Main

Rump steak with Hasselback potato, slow cooked vine tomato, rocket and parmesan salad and a chimichurri dressing

Spinach and ricotta tortellini, tomato ragu, sautéed spinach, garlic roast cauliflower and parmesan crisps (vegetarian)

Dessert

Baked vanilla and strawberry cheesecake with strawberry purée
