We are delighted to invite Trevelyan students to book their place for the Black History Month Dinner on Tuesday 10 October 2023.

Dress code: Smart attire and ungowned.

The menuy for the dinner is:

Starter

Spiced sweetcorn soup with toasted corn and sour cream (v)

Main

Herb crusted breast of chicken with spring onion croquet, pea puree, tender stem broccoli and tarragaon jus

Vegetarian

Spinach and ricotta tortellini, tomato ragu, sauteed spinach, garlic roast cauliflower and parmesan crisps

Dessert

Tarte au citron with torched meringue and raspberry crumble
