Warm tart of blue cheese, roasted red onion and beetroot with soused plum and chard (v)

Main:

Braised beef, beef shin bon-bon, cheddar and spring onion mash, roasted roots, crispy onions and bourbon sauce

Pumpkin ravioli, torched feta, tender stem brocolli and buttered spinach and a tomato butter sauce (v)

Dessert:

Baked chocolate and orange cheesecake with glazed oranges.
