Meat: Oven roast lamb rump and confit shoulder croquet with champ potato, stuffed tomato and charred spring onions

Vegan: Roast butternut squash and sage risotto, broad beans, charred spring onions and chive oil

Tarte au citron with torched meringue and raspberry crumble
