Join us for the final and best ball of the year, held in our very own Mary's grounds. Inspired by an Elysian dinner with the Gods, this will not be one to miss. The evening will feature a welcome drink and canapes, three course meal and a plethora of entertainment: fairground rides, outdoor games and stalls, live bands, silent disco, food truck, boiler room and more! The silent disco will continue until 3am and you'll then have an hour to unwind before we head up to Observatory Hill at 4am to watch the sunrise. The event will conclude with a survivor's breakfast at 5am for all those who make it!

The menu for the event is as follows:

Starter:

Courgette and sun torched tomato arancini with romesco sauce, rocket and parmesan (v)

Main course:

Rump steak with Hasselback potato, slow cooked vine tomato, rocket and parmesan salad and a chimichurri dressing

OR

Spinach and ricotta tortellini, tomato ragu, sautéed spinach, garlic roast cauliflower and parmesan crisps (v)

OR

Roast butternut squash and sage risotto, broad beans, charred spring onions and chive oil (VE)

Dessert:

White chocolate and pineapple delice with mango purée and sugar tuille
