You are invited to join us at St Mary's College for a talk by Sir Peter Smith, times to be confirmed.

Join us in the SCR for drinks from 630pm followed by a 3 course dinner on High Table.

Menu:

Starter:

Baked goats’ cheese en croûte with pickled beets and apple salad (v)

Roast carrot hummus with torched vegan feta, pickled red onions, flat bread croutons, carrot crisps and curry oil (vegan)

Main:

Roasted chalk stream trout with artichoke and leek arancini, fine beans,

spinach and lemon butter sauce

Artichoke and leek risotto cake, with braised leeks, fine beans,

spinach and lemon butter sauce (v)

Dessert:

Sticky toffee pudding, salt caramel sauce and vanilla cream
