As members of St Mary's you are invited by Principal Adrian Simpson for drinks in the SCR from 630pm.

Dinner is served at 7pm prompt on High Table, Black tie and evening dress.

Refreshements will be available after dinner in the SCR.

Menu

Starter:

Summer sweet potato soup with spiced chickpeas and coriander crème fraiche (v)

Main:

Herb crusted breast of chicken with spring onion croquet, carrot and anise purée, tender stem broccoli, and tarragon jus

OR

Butternut squash, butter bean and spring onion croquet, carrot and anise purée, tender stem broccoli, roasted sweet potato and tarragon sauce (v)

Dessert:

Chocolate tart with ginger crumble and caramel sauce
