Congratulations to all of our St Mary's students graduating at the Summer ceremonies. We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you. Dates for Graduation Dinners are 26th , 27th June & 1st, 2nd July 2024.

The Principal and College Officers are delighted to be able to invite you and your guests to a Graduation Dinner and Drinks Reception at St Mary's.

6.30pm for 7.00pm start, £26.00 per ticket.

This includes a pre-dinner drinks reception and a three-course meal.

Menu -

Starter:

Courgette and sun touched tomato arancini with romesco sauce, rocket and parmesan (v)

Main:

Rump Steak with Hasselback potato, slow cooked vine tomato, rocket and paresan salad and a chimichurri dressing

Spinach and ricotta tortellini, tomato ragu, sauteed spinach, garlic roast cauliflower and parmesan crisps (v)

Dessert:

Tarte au citron with torched meringue and raspberry crumble

Dress Code is Smart/Casual.
