Rump steak with Hasselback potato, slow cooked vine tomato, tenderstem broccoli, rocket and parmesan salad, and chimichurri dressing

Spinach and ricotta tortellini with slow cooked with slow cooked vine tomato, tenderstem broccoli, rocket and parmesan salad, and chimichurri dressing (v)

Desert:

Burnt Basque cheesecake with orange cream (v)
