Goat’s cheese and sun blushed tomato arancini with romesco sauce, rocket and Parmesan (v)

Main Course

Rump steak with Hasselback potato, slow-cooked vine tomato, tenderstem broccoli, rocket and parmesan salad, and chimichurri dressing

Or

Spinach and ricotta tortellini with slow-cooked vine tomato, tenderstem broccoli, rocket and Parmesan salad, and chimichurri dressing (v)

Dessert

Chocolate tart with ginger crumble and caramel sauce (v)
