Dress Code:Lounge Suit

The dress code is lounge suit. This is more casual than black tie and could be a suit, dress, jumpsuit, or anything else formal but not black tie.

Wine, beer and soft drinks may be purchased from the bar prior to the event.

Only one bottle per student will be allowed in the Dining Hall.

Starter

Spiced sweetcorn soup with toasted corn and sour cream (v)

Main Course

Oven roast pork joint with crispy belly pork, gremolata mash, pea and mint purée, fine beans and sage crisp

Vegetarian Option

Roast butternut squash and sage risotto, broad beans, charred spring onions and chive oil (vegetarian)

Dessert

Chocolate and miso caramel tart with vanilla cream
