Winter Ball Dining Tickets 2026
Join us on Wednesday 25th November at Beamish Hall Hotel for The Aurelia Ball, South College's Winter Ball 2026!
This is a formal, non-gowned event, and guests are encouraged to dress in shades of green, gold, silver and brown to complement the Aurelia theme.
Dining tickets include a three-course meal, alongside access to all entertainment throughout the evening, including live music, fireworks, poker tables, air hockey, unlimited popcorn and a photobooth.
Menu
Guests will have a choice of two options for each course.
Starter
Pulled Chicken & Apricot Terrine
Served with toasted sourdough, three-onion chutney and rocket salad. (GFI)
OR
Sweet Potato & Cumin Soup
Topped with toasted pumpkin seeds. (V, VEI, GFI, DFI)
Main Course
Braised Daube of Beef
Served with vegetables, creamed potato and a rich Madeira sauce. (GFI, DFI)
OR
Wild Mushroom & Kale Wellington
Served with steamed greens, garlic roast baby potatoes and rosemary gravy. (V, VE, GFI, DF)
Dessert
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Served with butterscotch sauce. (V)

Chocolate & Passionfruit Tart
Served with raspberry gel. (V, VE, GF, DF)

Dining guests will also have the opportunity to pre-order bottles of wine for £16 per bottle, available to purchase separately through the e-commerce website.
