Our next formal, to which we are pleased to invite you all to, is fast approaching on the 9^th of Mayand is our final one of the academic year! Our Spring Formalwill be a great chance to rendezvous with your collegemates after Easter, over delicious food and drinks before the heat of exam season gets underway - with appropriately vernal decorations celebrating the changing of the seasons.

The Menu is as follows:

Starter:

Roasted tomato and red pepper soup

Mains:

Pancetta wrapped chicken with Basil mash stewed pepper tart, cavolo nero and diable sauce

or

Butternut squash, butter bean and spring onion croquet with basil mash,
stewed pepper tart, cavolo nero and diable sauce (v)

Dessert:

Bramley apple and wild blueberry lattice pie with cinnamon granola, vanilla cream

Booking will close on the 6th May at midday, after which we will send out a link to register your seating preferences.
