Starter:

Celeriac Soup with caramelised cauliflower and toasted seeds (V)

Mains:

Roast Pork mini joint with grain mustard, roasted carrot, carrot and anise puree, caramelised apple and black pudding

or

Truffle salt-baked celeriac with grain mustard, roasted carrot, carrot and anise puree, caramelised apple and kale crisps (V)

Dessert:

Sticky Toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce and vanilla cream (V)
