We are delighted to invite you all to our upcoming Paddy's Day Formal on Friday 7^th March! It promises to be a great event, themed around greens and shamrocks in celebration of the beloved Irish festival. If you're in second year, it's also the South formal closest to the Halfway (and a bit) point of your degree in Durham - so use the occasion to commemorate your hard work with your friends and fellow collegemates!

Tickets may be bought until Tuesaday 4th March 12 nooon- after which I will send a link to all who have purchased a ticket to enter your seating preferences.

Starter:

Roasted Tomato and red pepper soup with focaccia crutons and crumbled feta (v)

Mains:

Pancetta Wrapped Chicken with basil mash, stewed pepper tart, cavolo nero with diable sauce

or

Butternut squash, butter bean and spring onion croquet with basil mash,

stewed pepper tart, cavolo nero with diable sauce (v)

Dessert:

Baked Vanilla and strawberry cheesecake with strawberry puree and macerated strawberries
