The formal for the evening of the 10th of November will be to commemorate the ending of the First World War in 1918. It is a chance to reflect on the lives lost in wars and conflict across the globe and come together as a community to unite over global citizenship. Poppies will be available to purchase before entering the formal and all money will go to the Royal British Legion. The meal will cost £14.33 and the menu is as follows:

Starter

Seasonal vegetable soup with salt and pepper croutons (v)

Main course

Roast Pork mini joint grain mustard mash, roast parsnip, carrot and anise puree, caramelised apple and a black pudding crumb.

OR

Pumpkin ravioli, torched feta, tender stem broccoli and buttered spinach, tomato butter sauce (Vegi)

Dessert

Sticky toffee pudding, salt caramel sauce, vanilla cream

Doors will open at 18:45 and close at 19:15 so please be prompt. We will ask for corkage of £1 for a bottle of wine or 2 bottles of anything with a low alcohol percentage (There is no charge/limit for soft drinks)
