This formal is for both Undergraduates and Postgraduates.

Dress Code

With this being a Halloween themed formal dinner, we kindly ask for your imagination to run wild (fancy dress/ formal lounge dress)

Menu

Starters

- Ghostly Vegetable soup with salt and pepper croutons (v)

Main

- Breast of chicken with dauphinoise potato, truffled cabbage, tender stem broccoli and fennel roasted cauliflower

- Pumpkin ravioli, torched feta, tender stem broccoli and buttered spinach and a tomato butter sauce (v)

Dessert

- Sticky toffee pudding, salt caramel sauce and vanilla cream (v)
