Starter: Sweet potato soup with spiced chickpeas and coriander crème fraîche (v)

Main:

Herb-crusted breast of chicken with fondant potato, carrot and anise purée, tenderstem broccoli and tarragon jus

OR Butternut squash, butter bean and spring onion croquette with carrot and anise purée, tenderstem broccoli, roasted sweet potato and tarragon sauce (v)

Dessert: Tarte au citron with vanilla cream and raspberry crumble (v)
