Formal Dinner
Join us for our Burn's Night Formal followed by a traditional ceilidh! All attendees of the formal meal will be invited to the ceilidh, however ceilidh tickets are also available to purchase seperately.

With this being a formal dinner, we kindly ask that you dress to impress!

Starter:
Scotch broth with herb dumplings (v)
Main:
Chicken breast stuffed with haggis, wrapped in smoked bacon, neeps and tatties, tenderstem broccoli and whisky sauce
OR
Vegetarian haggis and wild mushroom Wellington, neeps and tatties, tenderstem broccoli and grain mustard sauce (v)
Dessert:
Cranachan cheesecake with honey cream, toasted oats and raspberry coulis (v)
Time and Place
St Aidan's College Dining Hall. Attendees should be seated for 6:45PM promptly. Any attendees arriving after 6:45PM will not be granted entry to the formal.

Fresher's FREE Tickets
We understand that many students feel frustration and upset that we were not able to hold a Welcome Formal this year. In light of this, College would like to offer each new UG1 student the chance to attend a formal of their choice free of charge. This offer will extend to any formals held across this academic year and can only be redeemed once per student. If you choose to use your free ticket for this formal, please choose this option when signing up. Please note this offer is only open to students of St Aidan's College.
