Dinner will start at 18:30 with a drinks reception from 17:30 in the College JCR.

Starter

Goats’ Cheese and potato terrine with pickled cauliflower, radish and toasted brioche

Main

Oven roast lamb rump and confit shoulder croquet with champ potato, stuffed tomato and charred spring onions.

Or

Portobello mushroom steak, truffle mash, pea and mint puree, tender stem broccoli and a cep and red wine reduction (V)

Dessert

Baked vanilla and strawberry cheesecake with strawberry purée.
