You are warmly invited as SCR to attend the John Snow FESTIVE FROMAL on Tuesday 9th December at 18:30.

As SCR you are invited to join us for pre-drinks in the Stockton Room from 18:30. Dinner will be served in the HUB at 19:15.

The Menu is as follows:

Starter
Winter vegetable soup with truffled gnocchi (v)
Main
Carved turkey breast with chateau potatoes, thyme-roasted carrots, parsnips, brussels sprouts, pigs in blankets, stuffing balls and red wine sauce
or
Slow-braised carrot and chestnut mushroom Wellington with chateau potatoes, thyme-roasted carrots, parsnips, Brussels sprouts and red wine sauce (v)
Dessert
Christmas pudding cheesecake with orange and cinnamon granola and brandy cream (v). Includes
Sweet mince pie (v)

Dinner will cost £21.70 for a three course meal, mince pie and mulled wine.
